Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, mashed bananas, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
