A refreshing and fruity watermelon punch perfect for summer gatherings and celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 medium seedless watermelon
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 liter soda water (or lemon-lime soda for sweetness)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh, discarding the rind.
- Blend the watermelon flesh until smooth and strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp, if desired.
- In a large pitcher, combine the watermelon juice, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
- Stir in the soda water or lemon-lime soda.
- Serve over ice in glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- For an adult version, consider adding a splash of vodka or rum.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by using more or less soda.
- This punch can be made a few hours in advance; just add the soda right before serving to maintain carbonation.
