Ingredients

  • 1 medium seedless watermelon
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 liter soda water (or lemon-lime soda for sweetness)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh, discarding the rind.
  2. Blend the watermelon flesh until smooth and strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp, if desired.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the watermelon juice, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
  4. Stir in the soda water or lemon-lime soda.
  5. Serve over ice in glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

  • For an adult version, consider adding a splash of vodka or rum.
  • Feel free to adjust the sweetness by using more or less soda.
  • This punch can be made a few hours in advance; just add the soda right before serving to maintain carbonation.
