A refreshing and thirst-quenching drink perfect for hot summer days, combining the sweetness of watermelon with the tanginess of fresh lemons.
Ingredients

- 4 cups Watermelon
- 1 cup Fresh lemons
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 cups Cold water
- as needed Ice cubes
- for garnish Mint leaves
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced watermelon and blend until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon juice through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp.
- Add the fresh lemon juice and granulated sugar to the watermelon juice, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour in the cold water and mix well. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Serve over ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
- You can substitute the granulated sugar with honey or agave syrup for a healthier option.
- For a sparkling version, use sparkling water instead of still water.
