- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and stir to coat. Let simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- While the chicken is cooking, steam the broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes.
- To serve, divide cooked rice into bowls, top with teriyaki chicken, steamed broccoli, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
