Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced sweet potatoes, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.
- Once the sweet potatoes are crispy and fork-tender, remove them from the air fryer.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
