- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Place the sweet potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sweet potatoes are golden brown and tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

- For extra crispiness, soak the sweet potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
