  • 1 cup Spinach Leaves
  • 2 cups Fresh Fruit (e.g., berries, apple slices)
  • to taste Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread a layer of cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  2. Layer slices of turkey or ham on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Add sliced cucumbers, shredded carrots, and spinach leaves on top of the meat.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly and slice it into pinwheels or halves.
