- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups diced pineapple
- 2 cups diced mango
- 2 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, mango, and watermelon.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey (if using) and lime juice.
- Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
- Add the chopped mint and toss again.
