  • 2 cups whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large trifle bowl or a glass serving dish, layer half of the pound cake cubes on the bottom.
  2. Add half of the vanilla pudding over the pound cake cubes, spreading it evenly.
  3. Layer half of the mixed berries on top of the pudding.
  4. Add half of the whipped cream on top of the berries, spreading it out to cover.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining pound cake, pudding, berries, and whipped cream.
  6. Finish by garnishing with fresh mint leaves on top.
  7. Refrigerate the trifle for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes
