- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
- Add corn, bell pepper, and onion on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir everything together.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh cilantro.
