- 24 large mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
