Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
