Description
These refreshing strawberry popsicles are a perfect summer treat, made with fresh strawberries and just a few simple ingredients. They’re easy to make and a healthy snack for hot days!
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar (adjust based on sweetness of strawberries)
- 1 cup coconut water or fruit juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, sugar, coconut water (or fruit juice), and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
- To un-mold, run warm water over the outside of the popsicle molds for a few seconds until they release.

Notes
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar based on the ripeness of your strawberries.
- You can add other fruits like banana or mango for a mixed fruit popsicle.
- For a creamier texture, add a splash of yogurt or coconut milk to the mixture.
