Ingredients

- 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Sparkling water or soda (to top off)

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more simple syrup if needed.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into glasses, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Top off each glass with sparkling water or soda.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime slices before serving.
