  • Author: ushinzomr
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Description

Cooking steak in the air fryer yields juicy and flavorful results. This recipe is quick and easy, perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the steaks dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and rosemary.
  4. Rub the oil mixture evenly over both sides of the steaks.
  5. Place the steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through. Adjust the time for desired doneness.
  7. Once cooked, remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • For best results, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature.
  • Let the steaks rest before slicing to retain the juices.
  • You can customize the seasoning to your liking.
