Description
Tender and flavorful steak bites cooked to perfection in the air fryer and tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce. A quick and easy recipe that’s perfect for a weeknight dinner or an appetizer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the steak bites with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the steak is well coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Once the steak bites are done, transfer them to a bowl and pour the garlic butter over them. Toss to coat the steak bites evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on the desired doneness of the steak (8 minutes for medium-rare, 10 minutes for medium).
- Serve with toothpicks for an easy appetizer or over rice for a full meal.
