- 1 pound shrimp
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 mango
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- While the shrimp is marinating, prepare the mango salsa by combining the diced mango, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a separate bowl. Mix well and set aside.
