- 1 lb beef brisket, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 4 flatbreads or naan
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded beef brisket with barbecue sauce until well combined.
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute the BBQ beef brisket mixture over the flatbreads.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and red onion slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Slice and serve warm.
