Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef brisket, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 4 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded beef brisket with barbecue sauce until well combined.
  3. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  4. Evenly distribute the BBQ beef brisket mixture over the flatbreads.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and red onion slices.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
