- 1 pound beef brisket, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup smoky BBQ sauce
- 4 pieces flatbread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded beef brisket with the smoky BBQ sauce until well combined.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the flatbreads lightly with olive oil.
- Spread the BBQ brisket mixture evenly over each flatbread.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the brisket.
- Add the sliced red onion and bell peppers evenly over the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.
