- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve the Sloppy Joe mixture on hamburger buns.
