- 1 tablespoon lime juice

- 1 teaspoon cumin

- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and opaque.
- Warm tortillas on the grill or in a skillet until pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by placing grilled shrimp in each tortilla, then top with cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, and avocado.
