Delicious shrimp tacos with a zesty lime crema and fresh toppings.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- to taste Salt
- 8 Corn tortillas (warmed)
- 2 cups Cabbage (shredded)
- 1 Avocado (sliced)
- 1 Lime (cut into wedges)
- 1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Sour cream (for crema)
- 2 tbsp Lime juice (for crema)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and lime juice to make the lime crema.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on the tortillas, then top with shredded cabbage, sliced avocado, chopped cilantro, and a drizzle of lime crema.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the toppings with salsa, jalapeños, or cheese.
- For added flavor, marinate the shrimp for longer before cooking.
