Description
A classic shrimp boil recipe that’s perfect for gatherings and full of flavor. This dish features juicy shrimp, tender potatoes, corn on the cob, and seasonings all cooked together for a delicious one-pot meal.

- 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 4 ears corn, cut into thirds
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, fill with water and add baby potatoes. Bring to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Add corn to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Stir in Old Bay seasoning, minced garlic, and salt. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and drain the pot. Transfer the shrimp and vegetables to a large serving platter.
- Drizzle with melted butter and serve with lemon wedges and chopped parsley on top.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less Old Bay seasoning.
- You can add other seafood such as crab or mussels for a mixed seafood boil.
