Ingredients

  • 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 ears corn, cut into thirds
  • 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, fill with water and add baby potatoes. Bring to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  2. Add corn to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in Old Bay seasoning, minced garlic, and salt. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and drain the pot. Transfer the shrimp and vegetables to a large serving platter.
  5. Drizzle with melted butter and serve with lemon wedges and chopped parsley on top.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less Old Bay seasoning.
