These decadent s’mores brownies feature a rich chocolate brownie base topped with fluffy torched meringue, graham cracker crumbs, and gooey chocolate. Perfect for any dessert lover!

- 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups meringue (prepared)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until the mixture is smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and half of the graham cracker crumbs.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan.
- Once cooled, spread the prepared meringue over the top of the brownies.
- Using a kitchen torch, gently torch the meringue until golden brown and toasted.
- Sprinkle remaining graham cracker crumbs on top and serve.
Notes
- Make sure to use room temperature eggs for better incorporation into the batter.
- For an even richer flavor, you can add a dash of espresso powder to the brownie batter.
- Keep an eye on the meringue while torching to prevent burning.
