Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the carrots, olive oil, honey (or maple syrup), salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and herbs (if using). Toss until the carrots are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
