Ingredients

  • 500g beef, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Pita bread or flatbreads for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat all the pieces. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the skewers.
  5. Grill the kebabs for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  6. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with pita bread or flatbreads.
