- 500g beef, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Pita bread or flatbreads for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat all the pieces. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with pita bread or flatbreads.
