- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 box (15.25 oz) Yellow cake mix
- 1 cup Butter, melted
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped rhubarb and granulated sugar. Mix well and let it sit for about 10 minutes to release the juices.
- Spread the rhubarb mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the rhubarb layer.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix, ensuring even coverage.
- Pour the water over the top, but do not stir.
- Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top for added flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the rhubarb is bubbling.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
