- 4 cups, chopped Fresh rhubarb
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup, melted Butter
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, and flour. Stir until the rhubarb is well coated.
- Transfer the rhubarb mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix together oats, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
- Spread the oat mixture evenly over the rhubarb in the baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the rhubarb is bubbling.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with vanilla ice cream!
