  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped rhubarb, apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, softened butter, and salt until crumbly.
