A refreshing and tangy drink that combines the tartness of lemons with the sweetness of raspberries, perfect for summer days.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 56 lemons)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh raspberries and lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries and 1 cup of cold water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the raspberry puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the seeds.
  3. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar to the raspberry juice in the pitcher.
  4. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  5. Pour in the remaining 3 cups of cold water and mix well.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar or water if needed.
  7. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh raspberries and lemon slices.
