- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 5–6 lemons)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh raspberries and lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries and 1 cup of cold water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the raspberry puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the seeds.
- Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar to the raspberry juice in the pitcher.
- Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour in the remaining 3 cups of cold water and mix well.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar or water if needed.
- Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh raspberries and lemon slices.
