- 4 pieces Chicken breast
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 3 cloves Garlic

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then add to the skillet.

- In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.

- Stir in the heavy cream and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over the top.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
