  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef or chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork short ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. In a large oven-safe skillet or roasting pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the ribs for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from heat.
