Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh fruit (strawberries, mangoes, blueberries, etc.)
  • 1 cup Fruit juice (orange juice, apple juice, coconut water, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or agave syrup (optional for sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Blend the fresh fruit until smooth.
  2. Add the fruit juice and honey (if using) to the blended fruit and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  5. To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds.
