Ingredients

- 2 cups Fresh fruit (strawberries, mangoes, blueberries, etc.)
- 1 cup Fruit juice (orange juice, apple juice, coconut water, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons Honey or agave syrup (optional for sweetness)
Instructions
- Blend the fresh fruit until smooth.
- Add the fruit juice and honey (if using) to the blended fruit and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds.
