Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh fruit (strawberries, mangoes, peaches, or a mix)
  • 1 cup fruit juice (orange juice, coconut water, or apple juice)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the fresh fruit into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped fruit, fruit juice, honey (if using), and lemon juice.
  3. Blend until smooth. If you prefer some texture, blend until just combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
