Description
These refreshing homemade fruit popsicles are a perfect treat for hot summer days. Made with fresh fruits and natural sweeteners, they are healthy and delicious!
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh fruit (strawberries, mangoes, peaches, or a mix)
- 1 cup fruit juice (orange juice, coconut water, or apple juice)
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash and chop the fresh fruit into small pieces.
- In a blender, combine the chopped fruit, fruit juice, honey (if using), and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth. If you prefer some texture, blend until just combined.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes
- You can substitute any fruit you like based on your preference.
- For a creamier texture, you can add yogurt or coconut milk to the mixture.
