Refreshing and fruity homemade popsicles that are easy to make and perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, mangoes, blueberries)
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar or honey
  • 1 cup Water or fruit juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Blend the fresh fruit in a blender until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the blended fruit, sugar or honey, water or fruit juice, and lemon juice.
  3. Stir until well combined and the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
  6. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds until they loosen.
  7. Enjoy your homemade popsicles!

Notes

  • For creamier popsicles, add yogurt or coconut milk to the fruit mixture.
  • You can also layer different fruit purees for a fun presentation.
  • Experiment with different flavor combinations using various fruits and juices.
