Description
Refreshing and fruity homemade popsicles that are easy to make and perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups Fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, mangoes, blueberries)
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar or honey
- 1 cup Water or fruit juice
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
- Blend the fresh fruit in a blender until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the blended fruit, sugar or honey, water or fruit juice, and lemon juice.
- Stir until well combined and the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds until they loosen.
- Enjoy your homemade popsicles!
Notes
- For creamier popsicles, add yogurt or coconut milk to the fruit mixture.
- You can also layer different fruit purees for a fun presentation.
- Experiment with different flavor combinations using various fruits and juices.
