Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
  6. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, you can spray the chicken skin lightly with cooking spray before cooking.
  • Cooking times may vary depending on the size of the chicken pieces; adjust accordingly.
