Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can spray the chicken skin lightly with cooking spray before cooking.
- Cooking times may vary depending on the size of the chicken pieces; adjust accordingly.
