Ingredients

- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice or raspberry juice
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the cold water and cranberry juice (or raspberry juice) to the pitcher. Stir well to combine.
- Taste the lemonade and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar or water if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
- Serve over ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint if desired.
Notes
- For a fizzy version, substitute some of the water with club soda.
- Adjust the ratio of lemon juice to sugar based on your taste preference.
