  • 2 cups blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a trifle dish or individual glasses, layer half of the pound cake cubes at the bottom.
  3. Add a layer of whipped cream over the cake, followed by a layer of strawberries and blueberries.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining pound cake, whipped cream, strawberries, and blueberries, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
