Ingredients

- 8 ounces rotini or fusilli pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced (red or yellow)
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, black olives, feta cheese, and parsley.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
Notes
- Feel free to add other ingredients like grilled chicken, salami, or different vegetables to customize your pasta salad.
- This pasta salad can be made a day in advance for even better flavor.
