- 16 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, stirring until the crumbs are evenly coated.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled, optionally topped with fruit or whipped cream.
