Instructions

- Add softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk. Beat on medium speed until smooth.
- Divide batter evenly among the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool.
- In a separate bowl, beat together powdered sugar and heavy cream until fluffy and spreadable.
- Frost each cupcake with the whipped frosting and sprinkle with edible glitter for a festive touch.
