A simple and delicious homemade mulberry jam recipe that captures the essence of summer in every jar.
Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh mulberries, cleaned and stems removed
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 packet (1.75 oz) fruit pectin
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine mulberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir well and let sit for 30 minutes to macerate.
- After 30 minutes, place the pot over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring frequently.
- Once boiling, stir in the fruit pectin and continue to boil for another 1-2 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to sterilized jars.
- Seal jars and let them cool completely at room temperature. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or process in a water bath for long-term storage.
