Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

- In another bowl, combine melted chocolate and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until fully combined.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, top with fresh berries and mint leaves.
- Serve with shortbread cookies on the side.
Notes
- Make sure the chocolate is completely cooled before folding it into the whipped cream to maintain the lightness of the mousse.
