This refreshing non-alcoholic mint julep recipe is perfect for the whole family. It’s sweet, minty, and incredibly easy to make, making it a great choice for warm weather gatherings or special occasions.

- 1 cup Fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 2 cups Club soda
- as needed Ice
- for garnish Mint sprigs
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved completely. Remove from heat.
- Add the fresh mint leaves to the sugar syrup and let it steep for about 30 minutes.
- Strain the mint syrup into a pitcher, discarding the mint leaves.
- Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir to combine.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour the mint syrup mixture over the ice, filling each glass halfway.
- Top with club soda and garnish with mint sprigs. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a sweeter drink, adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.
- You can also add a splash of fruit juice, like lime or orange, for a different flavor twist.
