- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

- 2 cups barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, combine paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper to create a dry rub.
- Pat the ribs dry with paper towels and rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
- Place the ribs on the grill bone-side down. Cover and cook for about 2 hours, turning occasionally, until the ribs are tender.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce, turning every 10 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
- Once cooked through, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
