These Grilled BBQ Chicken Skewers are perfect for your Memorial Day party. Easy to make and packed with flavor, they are sure to be a crowd-pleaser!

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 10 skewers (wooden or metal)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken cubes and BBQ sauce. Toss until chicken is well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables.
- Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use any vegetables you like, such as zucchini or mushrooms.
- Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side for dipping.
