- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form a crust.
- In a large bowl, beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Spread half of the whipped cream over the graham cracker crust.
- Layer half of the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on top of the whipped cream.
- Spread the remaining whipped cream over the fruit layer, followed by the remaining berries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired, and serve cold.
