Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips or crackers for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- On a large serving platter, arrange the cucumber slices and top each with a dollop of the cream cheese mixture.
- Place a cooked shrimp on top of the cream cheese mixture, then garnish with a half cherry tomato.
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers on the side.
Notes
- Feel free to add other toppings like avocado or jalapeños for extra flavor.
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
