Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of shrimp, deveined and shelled
  • 1 pound of crab legs
  • 2 pounds of baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 ears of corn, cut into thirds
  • 1/4 cup of Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 stick of butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, fill with water and bring to a boil. Add the Old Bay seasoning and salt.
  2. Once boiling, add the baby potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Next, add the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add the crab legs and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Finally, add the shrimp and minced garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turns pink.
  6. Drain the seafood and vegetables, and return to the pot.
  7. Add the butter and lemon quarters, and toss to combine.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  • Serve with additional lemon wedges and melted butter for dipping.
