Ingredients

- 4 large ripe mangoes
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Peel and chop the ripe mangoes into small pieces.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the mango pieces, sugar, lime juice, water, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and cover with plastic wrap.
- Freeze for about 4-6 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to break up any ice crystals.
- Once the sorbet is fully frozen and creamy, scoop into bowls and serve.
