Ingredients

- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 cup coconut milk (canned or carton)
- 1/2 banana (optional for creaminess)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced mango, coconut milk, banana (if using), honey or maple syrup (if using), and ice.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with shredded coconut if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
